This is why the Hampton Roads Junior Whalers have paired up with Oxford Learning Services to provide a grade "A" educational package for all players. The Hampton Roads area is also in close proximity to several major universities such as Old Dominion University, Christopher Newport University, as well as Tidewater Community College.
