Cody LaDouceur will take over the helm of the Whalers U16 AA team for the 2010/2011 season.  LaDouceur, a native of Bismark, ND, has 24 years of coaching experience with mites, squirts, pee-wees, bantams, and High School. Cody recently moved here form Bismarck, ND where he was the Head Coach for the Bantam A Bismarck Nationals team for the last 8 years. In those 8 season's, LaDouceur lead the Nationals to 4 Bantam State Championships in 02/03, 03/04, 06/07, and 09/10.  Two of his former players went onto the university of North Dakota on Scholarship's.  Cody also spent 5 years as head coach for the International Hockey Schools Bantam AAA team as well as 3 years as coach for the Dakota Selects.
