Below is a list of key dates to mark on your calender:

Whaler Nation Picnic & Concussion Testing

June 8th from Noon-4pm
o Sign up in advance for tests w/ Ryan Neal by calling Bon Secours at 757-391-7676
 Player must be 10 years of age and older to get tested
 Done every two years, so returners may need to re-take this year
o Burgers and dogs will be served, bring a side dish to share and your own drink of choice

Summer Happy Hour

Starts June 23 and runs for 6 weeks, 4 days a week through August 7th Monday-Thursday
o Monday- Open session, private lessons allowed.  Mite/SQ/PW 6:40pm, BTM/MID 8:10pm
o Tuesday- Skills. MITE/SQ/PW 5:10pm, BTM/MID 6:40pm
o Wednesday Power Skating w/ Suzie Hewitt. Mite/SQ/PW 7:00pm, BTM/Mid 8:30pm
o Thursday- Skills/ Small Area Games. Mite/SQ/PW 5:10pm, BTM/Mid 6:40pm

Gear Orders

Due by June 15th in order to ensure deliver before regular season starts.
o All sizing gear will be located in the conference room, located behind the scoreboard.
o Organization is moving to new jersey’s next year, so wait if you can a year
 

Pre-Season Tournament Dates
o Beach Bash
 Squirt/PW July 11-13
 Bantam- July 18-20
 U16/U18- July 25-27
o Mite’s, we are waiting on the Jamboree schedule from the CBHL to select events, possibly host one.

- Regular season practice schedule will be solidified after formation of teams.

- Team Manager/Asst. Coach selection after formation of teams, let me know if interested

Selection/Contract Process
o Commitments will be handed out Thursday by Coaches/Directors
o If you have played here before you have an account already, if not we will need your email address in order to assist you in creating an account.
o All contracts are electronic through www.whalernation.com, once an account is created and given contract permissions, you’ll see a green box on the left side of the WN page, click the registration button, then 14-15 Whaler Nation Travel and complete the steps.

NEW car decals have arrived and are available at the front kiosk for our members.  Additionally, Whaler logo patches will also be available.
