The Hampton Roads Jr. Whalers are proud to announce that the tryout camp for the 2012-2013 Jr. Whalers EJHL South and Empire Jr. Hockey League teams will be held May 18-20, 2012 at the Chilled Ponds Ice and Turf Sports Complex in Chesapeake, VA. All prospective players must attend this camp. The Whalers will be looking to build off a very successfull 2011-2012 season in which the Whalers won the EJHL South Championship and represented the league at the USA Hockey National Championships finishing 34-10-0-4. The Whalers Empire squad finished in 3rd position and competed in the Empire Southern Conference playoffs finishing 22-18-0-2.
