This will be a highly explosive training camp to take your game to the next level.  The purpose of this camp is:

1. Skill Development

2. In-Game Situations

3. Hockey IQ

This will be a good opportunity to learn and develop using philosophies and practices used from the NHL to NAHL.

Each group will have a 1 hour and 20 minute on ice session per day along with three (3) total video sessions during the week and off-ice skill development sessions.  Each video session will be an hour long, with one session dedicated to skill development and the other to in-game situations.
