Below is a list of key dates to mark on your calender:

Whaler Nation Picnic & Concussion Testing

June 7th from Noon-4pm
o Sign up in advance for tests w/ Ryan Neal by calling Bon Secours at 757-391-7676
 Player must be 10 years of age and older to get tested
 Done every two years, so returners may need to re-take this year
o Burgers and dogs will be served, bring a side dish to share and your own drink of choice

Summer Happy Hour

Starts July 6th and runs for 6 weeks, 4 days a week through August 13th Monday-Thursday
o Monday- Open session, private lessons allowed.
o Tuesday- Skills
o Wednesday Power Skating w/ Suzie Hewitt
o Thursday- Skills/ Small Area Games

All Times will be posted on WN website and www.chilledponds.com daily schedule.

Gear Orders

Due by June 1st in order to ensure deliver before regular season starts.
o All sizing gear will be located in the conference room, located behind the scoreboard.
o Organization is moving to new jersey’s and white (home) & Green (Away) socks this year, everyone needs to be fitted for new uniforms.

Pre-Season Tournament Dates
o Beach Bash
 Mite/Squirt July 10-12
 PW/Bantam- July 17-19
 U16/U18- July 24-26

- Regular season practice schedule will be solidified after formation of teams.  Practices start the week of August 18th for Mite/SQ/PW, and August 25th for BTM/MIDGET.

-Goalie Skills starts in September and runs every other Wednesday with coach Grant Laughrey.

- Team Manager/Asst. Coach selection after formation of teams, let me know if interested, application forms are available at the front kiosk.

Selection/Contract Process
o Commitments will be handed out Thursday by Coaches/Directors
o If you have played here before you have an account already, if not we will need your email address in order to assist you in creating an account.
o All contracts are electronic through www.whalernation.com, once an account is created and given contract permissions, you’ll see a green box on the left side of the WN page, click the registration button, then 14-15 Whaler Nation Travel and complete the steps.

NEW car decals have arrived and are available at the front kiosk for our members.  Additionally, Whaler logo patches and lanyards are also be available.
