The Hampton Roads Jr. Whalers have signed 1995 birth year forward Jacob Gerson for the 2014-15 season.  The 5'8 forward will add speed and grit to the Whalers line-up.  Gerson spent the first part of this season with the NAHL's Kenai River Black Bears, notching 1 assist in 7 games.  Last season Gerson had 3 goals and 6 assists for the Colorado Rampage T1EHL U18 AAA team.

Gerson will be in the line-up this weekend when the Whalers square off with the Atlanta Knights.
